our first stop in iceland was the blue lagoon. the color of the water is really stunning. the best part, I think, may have been the silica gel available by the scoopful at a few stations in the water.. its made of clay deposits in the water & is awesome for your skin. its also really fun to play with beforehand

today we went to the opera house, rode on a ship through the oslo fjord.. visited the viking ship museum & the national gallery

I don't think I'd ever seen a perfectly blue sky lined in fog until yesterday.. it was really lovely
