an update, for future plans..

now planning to stay on etsy once I open the independent web shop that I've mentioned.. I'll be keeping vintage/little bit of jewelry in my etsy shop as usual, and in the new location, the standard vintage & a few pieces of stone jewelry along with handmade lines from some extremely talented ladies-- beautiful oversize leather totes & leather oxfords, to start!

quick & riveting story here--

purchased a well-priced steamer from woot.com a few weeks ago.. delivered to my door, & then picked up by postal mail carrier who mistook it for an outgoing package

( never mind the FedEx label & whatnot )

this happened a week ago-- the mail carrier realized her mistake a day after, and then proceeded to do just about nothing in order to return it.. I called FedEx, they said to call the Post Office; I called the Post Office who essentially said, 'too bad'

boooo Post Office!

I called FedEx back to file a claim, they referred me back to Woot to do so.. I contacted Woot with the details, and they give me an immediate full refund

conclusion:
YAY WOOT! / BOO POST OFFICE!
